Several dozen Brokers of the Guam Association of Realtors gathered to discuss crucial developments in their profession and other areas of island happenings directly related to their business during their last Brokers Forum for 2015.
At the invitation of the GAR, Sen. Rodriguez spoke on two Legislative Bills he introduced in the 33rd Guam Legislature.
Bill 133-33, an Act to authorize a Guam commissioned Notary Public to perform notarial acts in a foriegn country for documents to be used on Guam; and Bill 185-33, the Government Land Takings Compensation Act were presented to give the Association an understanding of the intent of each bill. Sen. Rodriguez took questions from several of the realtors during and after his presentation.
Senator Rodriguez expressed his appreciation for the work that the GAR and each individal Realtor on Guam contributes to the economic and family success of our island community.
