Co-Founder & Board Member | Former Guam Senator and Health Committee Chairman
Dennis G. Rodriguez, Jr., is a co-founder of the Todu Guam Foundation and a former Guam Senator whose public service included leadership of the legislative committee responsible for health and human services. His experience in healthcare policy, advocacy, and community leadership continues to help shape the Foundation’s vision for improving access to care throughout Guam.

Lena Calvo-Rodriguez serves as President/CEO and Co-Founder of the Todu Guam Foundation, bringing expertise in executive leadership, mobile clinic operations, and community-centered healthcare expansion. Her vision and on-the-ground leadership drive strategic growth, program development, and responsible stewardship as the Foundation continues to expand access to healthcare across Guam.

A respected retired pediatrician, Dr. Yolanda Carrera brings decades of experience caring for Guam’s children and families to the Todu Guam Foundation Board. Her clinical perspective and commitment to compassionate care help guide the Foundation’s mission to improve healthcare access and community health.

Maria Elizabeth V. Cristi, PE, brings expertise in engineering, safety, regulatory compliance, and organizational leadership to the Todu Guam Foundation Board.
