Todu Guam Foundation, Ltd. has filed an application with the USDA Rural Development for financial
assistance for the purchasing of medical equipment, personal protective equipment, cargo
transportation, other logistical needs, and an electronic health records system required for the
continuing operations of the Todu Guam Foundation Mobile Care Clinic and its other community based
programs.

A public meeting for comments will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at the Todu
Guam Foundation Office, 125 Tun Jesus Crisostomo St., Suite 104, Tamuning, GU, 96913 to discuss the
proposed project and provide the opportunity for public comment.
